The administrators apologize for not keeping up with this site. We’ve been a bit pre-occupied lately. If anyone wants anything posted on the public blog let us know. We’ll try to be better once our little one is born!

Sorry this is so belated but your prayers are needed for two of our family members. First, little Ella has had a rough year. She has been diagnosed with kidney disease but is doing well so far. Please keep her in your prayers.

We also need prayers for Lori who is currently recovering from breast cancer surgery. She still has to heal and go through chemo and radiation therapy before she’s out of the woods. Please pray for her.

Grandma/Mom seems to be doing much better than she was about a month ago. Thanks for all of your prayers.

March is a quiet month for the Ganses but there are two birthdays to celebrate this month so Happy Birthday to Dan and his niece Ella. Your birthdays start and end the month respectively!

This morning I received some sad news — Aunt Jackie (Jackie Prickett) has passed away.

She fought bravely and inspired a lot of us along the way. When I saw her last at Grandpa Ganse’s 90th birthday bash, she looked wonderful…she was still ribbing me and offering sound advice. Just like any fabulous aunt should.

My heart goes out to Gary, Lori, Lisa, Mercedes, Gage, and Blake as well as her parents Bernie and Betty and brothers (in-law) and sisters (in-law).

Caitlin Elizabeth Ganse was born this morning — Sept. 14, 2007 – at 7:57am MST. She weighed 6 pounds 13.7 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

Congratulations to Dan and Keri. I’m sure Ashton is also excited about being a BIG SISTER!

Happy Birthday to Christie (30), Travis(26), Lisa(34), Landon(2), Blake(3), Jackie(58), and Betty Jo(55) in that order for the month of April.

Also, Happy Anniversary to Dan and Keri celebrating 11 years together and Donna and Rick who are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year.
